Embutidos Garman is a company specialized in the production and cure of Spanish sausages and hams. We use a traditional methodology and the purest Riojan style to manufacture our articles.

Embutidos Garman was founded during the 60s in Manjarrés, a small village located in the middle of La Rioja. Along these years, our company has increased its activity although it has not lost the artisan course. We have developped our production to be able to attend the national and international market.

We attach importance to the origin and treatment which is given to the meat that we employ to produce our articles. This was the reason why we were obliged to create a porcine farm "Granja El Carrascal" (where the pigs are fed) and "Frigoríficos Manjarrés" (where the pigs are killed, cut and chosen).

Because we are certified on UNE-EN ISO 9001/2000 since 2005, we can assure that we work under a quality control system and we give the maximum quality to our products.
